210镜像中没有输入法
生成的WinCE镜像中，右下角显示有一个LargeKB的输入面板，但是点击后并没有弹出。通过串口2监视，进入WinCE系统前显示信息如下：ERROR: C:\WINCE600\public\common\OAK\DRIVERS\KEYBD\LAYMGR\.\laymgr.cpp line 3817: Keyboard: Could not activate the default input method e0010804. Keyboard will not function correctly.
