ok3588c v1.2，官方最新的 linux 镜像启动出错

镜像名：官方的 OK3588-linuxfs-img.tar.bz2
自己使用 BoardConfig-linuxfs-ok3588.mk 编译的也是，出的问题一摸一样

sudo upgrade_tool uf update.img
上面有，开发板的 typec0 连接电脑，使用 upgrade_tool 工具直接烧录到 emmc 里
开发板刚拿到手上电也是这样，核心板和底板上的灯就是亮一会就会灭，然后再亮，就是不断重启

好像是供电不足。。。。。。。。。我用的是给路由器用的 usb 5v转12v。。。。。换成正经电源就好了 记录一下换电源之后的日志
