FL2440 7寸lcd 问题。急啊！

使用贵公司FL2440 7寸lcd。
用贵公司 提供的bootload 加载后lcd没有点亮。

然后烧好linux内核和文件系统后同样报出从错误：
NAND ID is 0xecf1

一直停止在这里。
麻烦帮忙解决下这2个问题。

   我在 Config parameters      设置
[ 9] displayS   : 0x00000003 (3)
这个是7存的分辨率的。
但是lcd 一直没亮。连亮都不亮，这怎么解决啊？
