linux烧写不成功

我通过两种办法烧写linux，在调好启动开关之后通电，就出现这样的了，linux系统无法操作，无法输入命令。
这个问题应该怎么解决啊。？

烧写完成后“滴滴滴”声，再重启，不能运行Linux，DNW出现以下代码（最后部分）

使用sd卡自动烧写吗？使用的什么文件，列举下看看，有可能文件用错了

CD卡烧写，和usb烧写都是同样的结果，我用的文件是：1、u-boot_ram256.bin  复制进CD卡之后在修改文件名为u-boot.bin  2、zImage  3 、在复制rootfs.yaffs2-nand256m   文件名再修改为rootfs.yaffs2
