imx6ul nand flash 出现逻辑坏块导致应用程序无法启动

我使用4GB NAND FLASH，烧录系统后，反复开关机重启几次就会出现一些逻辑坏块，导致文件系统中应用程序无法启动。
请问大家有遇到过类似问题吗？

前面两个坏块是nand flash出厂时本身有的坏块，后面两个是不断开关机之后产生的逻辑坏块。

比较简单的方法是格式化nandflash，重新烧写，硬件上做些掉电处理，预防类似的情况发生
