FL2440核心板问题

FL2440核心板：  核心板上有3个复位定义，分别为PIN96 97 98

定义： NTRST RETOUT  MRESET 3个复位源，请问工程师，这个3个复位源除了 PIN98接MAX811外，其他应该怎么接？特别是NTRST..

另外：我们这边想只用核心板，自己做功能底板，  对于最小系统是否之需要连接 +5V 电源， RTC电源，外部复位源即可？？

nTRST (TAP Controller Reset) resets the TAP controller at start.
If debugger is used, A 10K pull-up resistor has to be connected.
If debugger (black ICE) is not used, nTRST pin must be issued by a low active
pulse (Typically connected to nRESET).

nRSTOUT O For external device reset control (nRSTOUT = nRESET & nWDTRST &
SW_RESET)
