烧写zImage出现问题。求解!

按照linux用户手册上的“编译Uboot  编译内核”一章进行 做zImage,与uboot,然后 用光盘自带的  cramfs,一步一步,成功烧写了 系统(提示SMDK6410 #),
然后设置为nand 启动,信息如下: (nand 我已经用eboot  选A   察除过)
请问什么问题?检查坏快??请知道的朋友解释一下!谢谢

不行啊。。!!!!!
我的操作如下。nand scrub 400000 5000000
提示察除成功后,我按照手册上 4-3-1 操作,烧写文件系统。完成后,重启开发板,还是出现以上错误,!!
我也试过,erase all
我看到“0x00000000-0x00040000 : "Bootloader"
0x00040000-0x00400000 : "Kernel"
0x00400000-0x20400000 : "Rootfs"
0x20400000-0x80000000 : "File System"”
我也试了 nand scrub 20400000  80000000  都不行啊。。!!帮帮忙啊!!很郁闷,烧了这么久都不行啊

编译的时候编译器的版本?编译前最好make clean一下。
