文件解压问题

按步骤安装编译环境时，给出这个提示怎么解决啊？？？

您按照手册执行一下，在目录下
/home/forlinx/imx8mm，
执行：./fsl-imx-wayland-glibc-x86_64-fsl-image-qt5-validation-imx-aarch64-toolchain-4.14-sumo.sh
