ok6410老显示有坏块 系统启动不了

使用SD卡烧写Linux3.0.1 板子是256DDR,2GB NAND flash 4.3寸 板子系统一开始是WINCE6.0 后来我成功刷成android2.3 之后想刷成LINUX 但是怎么也不行,提示说有坏块 我根据说明是用NAND SCRUB 试了N次还是不行,只见写入成功,然后切换到NAND FLASH 启动不了,使用USB也不可以,下面是用SD卡刷linux3.0.1 SD卡刷写信息 和启动信息。
