imx6ul nand flash 出现坏块问题

我使用4GB NAND FLASH，烧录系统后，反复开关机重启几次就会出现一些逻辑坏块，导致文件系统中应用程序无法启动。
请问大家有遇到过类似问题吗？

前面两个坏块是nand flash出厂时本身有的坏块，后面两个是不断开关机之后产生的逻辑坏块。

不好意思，看错板块了，该发到imx6支持社区

比较简单的方法就是格式化flash，重新烧写镜像，如果想避免类似的问题，可以做些掉电处理
