提示有坏块,用linux的uboot,使用scrub 命令擦一下呢?

谢谢版主,我烧写完后linux2.6.36.2,代码是从官网上的。执行了scrub后,然后重新烧写了linux2.6.36.2后,出现问题,请问是那个硬件出现问题了么?打印信息如下:

一直停在这个地方,不知道怎么回事?然后断电从nandfalsh启动后,又一直停在一个地方,打印如下:
